Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or join the Bajka Wine Club. By using this site and placing orders, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Valid identification may be required upon delivery.

Wine Club Membership

By joining the Bajka Wine Club, you agree to the following:

• Membership includes periodic wine allotments as described at the time of sign-up.
• Your payment method on file will be charged for each allotment.
• You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us or through your account dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect before the next allotment cycle.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Intuit QuickBooks Payments. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for wine club allotments and any orders you place. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Shipping

Wine is shipped to the address on file. An adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for deliveries. We ship to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address can legally receive wine.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from your membership dashboard, which will also cancel your wine club membership.

Limitation of Liability

Bajka Wine Company provides this website and wine club services "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the wine club.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
